There have been a total of 2425 homes sold in the six year period. 25.4% sold within the price range of $0 and $50K; 22.7% in the price range of $50K-$75K; 24.9% between $75K and $100K;14.3% between $100K and $125K; 7.1% between $125K and $150K; 2.9% between $150K and $175K; 3.2% between $175K and $200K. The remaining 0.4% sold above $200K.
The majority of homes sold in Michigan City have been less than $125,000, within the past six years.
