Sales of new single-family homes in December 2009 fell 7.6% from November and declined 8.6% from December 2008, to 342,000.  For the full year 2009, new home sales fell 22.9% from 2008. Data supplied by the Economics and Statistics Administration

171 single family homes sold in this area between 2003 and 2006. 36.2% sold at a price less than $150K; 23.4% sold between $150K and $300K; 28.7% between $300k and $500K; 11.7% sold at greater than $500K.   There are currently 14 single family homes for sale in this area.

There have been 747 single family homes sold in the above area in the past six years, from 2003 thru 2009. 85% if those homes sold at less than $175,000. The remaining 15% sold for greater than $175,000. There are currently 54 homes on the market in this area.  

Between 2003 and 2009 there have been 379 single family residences sold. 87.3 % were sold in a price range of less than $175K, with the majority of them sold between $75K and $150K. 5.3% were sold between $175K and $200K. And, 7.4% were sold, over $200K. There are currently 50 homes on the market in this area.

Since 2003 there have been 717 single family residences sold in the "Beach" area. In 2005, the most sold were 135. And in the low was this past year with 64 sales.
